Turn the key on aplace that is actually clean.

Built for UF students, roommates, and working renters in Gainesville: move-out cleans that respect landlord checklists, and move-in visits that remove the last tenant's dust before you unpack a single box.

Move-out: pass the walkthrough

Landlords and third-party apps look for the same problem spots: kitchen grease, bath scale, missed corners, and floor debris. We scope to inspection habits common in student complexes and private rentals, with optional add-ons for inside ovens, humidity defense, or extra bath detail when your unit was heavily used.

Move-in: start fresh

Even "professionally cleaned" turnovers miss edges. A Doctor Sterile move-in visit treats the unit as yours: inside cabinets and closets wiped, kitchen and baths sanitized, fans and sills reset, and floors ready for your rugs and furniture—so you are not living on top of the last chapter's dust.

  • Priority on touchpoints: kitchens, baths, and floors
  • Add interior windows or fridge when you need a full reset

Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning FAQ

Common questions from Gainesville renters, UF students, and property managers.

How much does move-out cleaning cost in Gainesville?

Move-out cleaning in Gainesville starts at $200 for a standard apartment. Price depends on square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and condition. Most UF student apartments run $200–$400. We provide exact quotes after a quick scope call.

When should I book my move-out cleaning for UF lease turnover?

Book at least 2 weeks before your lease end date. Peak UF turnover periods are late July through early August (fall leases) and mid-December (winter break moves). During peak weeks, availability fills fast — booking 3–4 weeks ahead is safest.

What's included in a move-out clean?

Our move-out clean covers all rooms top to bottom: inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave), cabinets, baseboards, bathrooms descaled and degreased, floors vacuumed and mopped, light fixtures dusted, and a final walkthrough check. Optional add-ons include interior windows, garage sweep, and carpet spot treatment.

Will a professional move-out cleaning help me get my deposit back?

Yes — it's one of the most cost-effective ways to protect your deposit. Landlords and property managers check the same spots: oven interiors, bath grout, baseboards, and floors. A professional clean addresses all of these to inspection standards. Many of our clients report full deposit returns.

Do you offer move-in cleaning too?

Absolutely. Move-in cleans treat the unit as yours from day one: inside cabinets and closets wiped, kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, fans and sills reset, and floors ready for your furniture. Even units marked 'professionally cleaned' by management often miss edges and details.

What are UF's typical lease cycle dates?

Most off-campus UF leases run August 1 to July 31. Some follow a school-year pattern (August to May). Winter break creates a smaller turnover window around December 15–January 5. Summer subleases typically end late July. We schedule around these cycles every year.
